This is a notice to folks who know us that a few email addresses are no longer valid. I have deleted them due to the uptick in spam (drugs, watches, sex, etc.). In hindsight I should not have used one of them for an internet marketing offer, but at least it paid dividends.
The following have been deleted:

Pamela’s email address has not changed, although she is starting to get the spam, too (must be the CBS Survivor news group). Leave a comment if you need an alternative email address for me.
Update (10:45PM) – I added a contact form to the Colophon to replace the third email address above.
