I spent part of Saturday and Sunday repairing our old sofa, which now sits in our basement family room. The frame on the left side had cracked and was sagging to the point where fabric was about to start ripping. Eventually we would like a large Pottery Barn styled sectional for the family room, but for now we just need a cheap place to sit. Rather than discard it for an inexpensive new sofa, I decided to administer some first aid. Besides, with eight-way hand tied coils, the couch deserves better than the county dump. It still needs some work, but I think that it will get us through for a while. Click on the thumbnail to view the gallery and image notes on Flickr.
