Back in May I said the following about the goals for my running program:
Considering my goals to run a moderate distance, which would allow me additional time during the week to ride my bicycles, I will probably stop the progression somewhere in the beginning of the second month.
I still have not been on a bike yet this season, but this morning I got up at 5:45 AM so that I could go for a five mile run (actually 5.25 because the track I have been frequenting is a 3/8th mile loop). That is insane for a Sunday morning. All I can say is that running has quite an addictive quality to it.
Below is the chart that I have been keeping since mid-June.

At my current progression I will top 20 miles this week. Now the main question is this: What *is* my goal exactly? Stop at 25 miles a week? Throw in some intervals? Train for a marathon? Try to do a sprint triathalon? I do not know.

What are you using to track your runs, calculate pace, etc…?
FYI you are a part of a many faceted inspiration for me to begin wanting to take up running again.
